User Research, Co-Design, Community Engagement, Events, Exhibitions, Communications & Event Design

We bring with us years of expertise in engaging groups of people, from employees to communities. We do this through social media, by designing events, making apps, producing films and designing publications.

We understand the importance of collaboration, and we work with you to understand who you want to reach. Increasingly we are working with diverse groups to facilitate effective design.

Client: Lancashire County Council

What we did: Concept, design and delivery

A 24hr event at Lancaster Castle to celebrate and explore the findings from a geophysical survey conducted in 2015 by Oxford Archaeology on behalf of Beyond The Castle. The hackathon took place over a 24hr period within the confines of A-Wing at Lancaster Castle.

Funded by The Heritage Lottery Fund and Supported by The Creative Exchange.

Client: The Fairfield Association

What we did: Exhibition Design

We were approached by the Fairfield Association to assist with the design of a Heritage Lottery Funded exhibition to celebrate the Flora project. We worked alongside the steering group to design the exhibition for a retail unit in the City of Lancaster. We produced 3D designs of the space for discussion with the group and further ideation following the initial concept.

The exhibition was well received by the general public and a great success for the Fairfield Association.

Client: Lancaster University

What we did: Presentation Design, Information Design, Print Design

A world class reputation for interdisciplinary research, teaching and collaboration with key partners means Lancaster University is well placed to address even the most contentious and apparently intractable issues facing our global community. This event spotlighted Lancaster's experience, unlimited ambition and commitment to impact on a healthier, more secure and sustainable future.

Client: Lancaster Unlimited

What we did: Documentary Film

One evening, one videographer, one camera. A film that takes a stroll through the city centre of Lancaster through Light Up the Streets; a unique evening art experience animating the beautiful buildings and squares of the city.
